All our Bluefin Tuna (Thunnus thynnus) are wild adult fish caught using sustainable fishing techniques. They are raised, fed and caught to order, following the Japanese technique of ike jime. Each of our products comes with a label providing traceability of the cut from sea to table.

Carabineros (Plesiopenaeus edwardsianus) are one of the most popular shrimps in world cuisines. It is a large species of deep-sea shrimp that ranges from the eastern Atlantic to the Mediterranean Sea. They are famous for their jumbo size and impressive bright red color.

Gamba Roja’s (Aristeus antennatus) flavor is a marine explosion with an intense aroma of coral that perfectly blends the sweet nuances that reside in its head and the concentrated iodine and salt provided by the environment in which it lives. Revered in Spain, it has a very characteristic shape with violet tones of the roe on the head and red stripes along the body

Norway Lobster (Nephrops norvegicus) also known as Scampi or Langoustine, these decadent crustaceans have a sweet, delicate flavor. Langoustines are rich in vitamin B12, and omega-3s, and provide a great source of protein.
